Aged Parent Visa SC 804
The Aged Parent Visa SC 804 is a permanent visa for the aged parents of settled Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or an eligible New Zealand citizen letting them live in Australia indefinitely.
Eligibility
The applicant must be in Australia while applying for the visa and should not be in immigration clearance.
You must be the parent of an eligible Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
You should be aged enough to receive the Australian aged pension.
You should not have a Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa SC 870 while applying for this visa.
Must meet the health and character requirements.
Balance of Family Test
According to the Balance of Family test, applicants must prove that at least half of their children live in Australia as Permanent Residents or Australian citizens, or a majority of their children live in Australia that any other country.

You are required to apply for a RRV or Resident Return Visa so you are allowed to re-enter Australia as a Permanent Resident.
If you acquire Australian citizenship, you will not require a visa to enter Australia.
