You must be a family member of a New Zealand citizen or their partner

You must be an eligible family member of a Special Category Visa SC 444 or should be travelling to Australia with a family member who is being granted a Special Category Visa SC 444 on their arrival.
You can be eligible for this visa if you are related to a New Zealand citizen as their partner, child/ step-child, their partner’s child or step-child or as your dependent child or your partner’s child or step-child.
